1,200hp Underground Racing Twin-Turbo Lambo Aventador

Underground Racing based in Charlotte NC hit again! This are the same guys famous for coming up with heavy dyno charts that could be compared to those of the techs in Molsheim, France...makers of the famous German beasty, the Bugatti. 1,200 horsepower into the lightweight body of the Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4? Yeah..thats it! I mean, we've seen them put over 1500 horses in Gallardos..

A stock Lamborghini Aventador packs a powerful 700hp 6.5-liter V12 engine that can move it from rest to 60mph in 2.9 sec, this one does it in 2.2s

 

The Aventador an AWD configuration and lighter than the Bugatti Veyron, the lightning-fast sprint time with those wicked turbochargers makes sense. Underground Racing says there is more to come from the Lamborghini Aventador, they have yet to release any top speed details.

 Underground Racing’s latest package for the Aventador looks beastly and will be brewing up something even more insane. 

 

The Agera R  will do it in 2.9 seconds. A Bugatti Veyron SS will do it in 2.4. The Underground Racing Aventador: 2.2 seconds. 4-wheel burnouts are standard. It launches so hard it kicks its 335 rubber sideways. It goes past 100 as fast as it goes past 50!!
