"We are just like you, guys who have been passionate about cars since the
crib. We live, breathe, and dream about custom vehicles. And like you
we were left disappointed when we researched the wheel market, a market
that did not live up to our standards or vision" Those are the capturing words from the engineers at K3 Projekt known best for their hardcore custom wheels, i came across some of their most entertaining piece of work.
This coupe is Hyundai's first rear-wheel drive sports coupe sharing a basic platform with the Hyundai Genesis luxury sedan, famous for the 5Ltr V8. The coupe has two engine versions, a 2.0L Theta turbocharged Inline4 Cylinder engine and a 3.8L Lambda V6 engine.
K3 Projekt edition of this Hyundai is what i'd call extreme, everything from the body kits to their outrageous wheels just fits perfectly for this Korean hamster, the Genesis has not had that much acceptance to the tuner scene but this coupe (the I4 turbocharged version) shares most components with the Evo X, that might just boost things up hopefully.
Hyundai offers 7 Trim levels that include: 2.0T Base, 2.0 R-Spec, 2.0T Premium, 2.0T Track (GT in Canada), 3.8 Base (For 2010), 3.8 R-Spec (For 2011), 3.8 Grand Touring, and a 3.8 Track (GT in Canada). The Track and R-Spec versions of 2.0T will only be offered with a 6-speed manual.
One of the other Genesis tuned by K3 Project too.
