Mitsubishi Rebadges Infiniti Mto Create Proudia and Dignity

Mitsubishi has revived its Proudia and Dignity luxury nameplates courtesy of the "Nissan Fuga" Infiniti M. This is part of an ongoing cooperation between Nissan and MMC, which has seen the companies “exchange” some vehicles for rebdaging and co-develop others. Back in the late 1990s, Mitsubishi launched two luxury cars, called the Proudia (from the English word ‘proud’) and Dignity. They were made in collaboration with Hyundai, with the Korean manufacturer making its own two versions, called Centennial and Equus.

It uses Nissan’s  3.7-liter V6 with 328 hp, as well as a smaller 2.5-liter
V6 with 222 hp - no hybrid is
available, though, as Nissan is definitely not
willing to share that with other manufacturers.
It costs 4,020,000 and 8,400,000 Yen
(€40,500 - €85,000).
